Kylie cruises through qualifying

New Zealand's Kylie Lindsay is safely through to the main draw at the rich CIMB KL Open Squash Championships in Malaysia.
The world number 36 was too good for Malaysian Celine Yeap in the final round of qualifying, wrapping up an 11-5, 11-3, 11-7 victory in just 25 minutes. Her reward is a first round showdown with world number eight Jenny Duncallf from England.
Lindsay joins fellow Kiwi Joelle King in the round of 32. Seventh seeded King takes on Indian qualifier Joshana Chinappa in the opening round, in what will be her first appearance on the WSA world tour since a surprise second round exit in Cleveland at the beginning of February.
Meanwhile, Martin Knight is a step closer to a spot in the main draw of the men's event. Knight is through to the qualifying finals after a hard fought 11-6, 4-11, 11-8, 11-5 victory over Malaysian Addeen Idrakie. He will now face Scotland's Alan Clyne for a place in the main draw proper.
