SquashGym International Squash Classic Kicks Off Tonight:

Kicking off tonight SquashGym in Palmerston North is set to host two Professional Squash Tournaments. The Women’s event is a PSA W5 and is headlined by world number 57 Sarah Cardwell from Australia. The main draw includes players from five different countries with a large Kiwi contingent having there last hit out before next weeks Eye Rackets New Zealand Senior Nationals.

The Mens event is a PSA W10 and is headlined by world number 48 Harinder Pal Singh Sandhu from India. The Kiwis are lead with Commonwealth Games team members Evan Williams and Lance Beddoes. Joining the Kiwis in the main draw is Lwamba Chileshe who qualified for the event by beating fellow Kiwi Zac Miller yesterday.

Round One action starts at 5:30 pm on Thursday 7th June. If your in the Palmerston North area head down to SquashGym to support the Kiwis. For those outside of Palmerston North NZ you can stream the matches here;
