Seeking SportsForce Squash Development Officer

Squash Waikato is seeking a squash enthusiast to join the SportsForce team. This positive individual will provide leadership and support to clubs and schools to strengthen capability and develop the game throughout the Waikato region.

The successful candidate will lead the development of initiatives and resources with the aim of increasing the level of participation as well as increasing the number and quality of volunteers to ensure strong and capable delivery of squash at the community level.

Position Essentials:

• Relevant experience and track record of making a positive contribution to squash
• Significant experience in leading and implementing squash development programmes
• Record of working effectively in a leadership role
• Experience in leading and supporting volunteers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication, networking and presentation skills

  SportsForce Squash Development Officer Position Description
