Kiwi Finalists in Oceania

Several Kiwis through to finals - including an all-Kiwi affair in the boys' under 15 - at Oceania Junior Champs today.

Corbin Faint and Matthew Lucente will do battle in the boys' under 15 final, guaranteeing at least one Oceania title for New Zealand.

Currently leading their round-robin events, and looking highly likely to take them out, are Leo Fatialofa (boys' under 11), Ariata Kutia (girls' under 11) and Kaitlyn Watts (girls' under 13).  In the case of Fatialofa and Watts, their nearest challengers are also New Zealand players (Mason Smales and Anika Jackson respectively).

In the girls' under 15 division, Nadia Hubbard will come up against Australian top seed Vanessa Graham in the decider.  Max Trimble will face Solayman Nowrozi for the under 17 title, and Abbie Palmer will square off against Lakeesha Rarere for the girls' under 17 title.

We wish these players - and all other Kiwis in action - the very best of luck today.  Draw info: http://www.tournamentsoftware.com/sport/events.aspx?id=809D9047-9342-4408-A3C4-BD2182065EC3.
