New Board Members Voted in at AGM

Three new board members - plus one returning one - were voted in at Squash New Zealand's AGM on Saturday.

With Leah Goodhew, Andrew Eade, Toni-Maree Carnie (co-opted) and current chair Wayne Werder stepping down from the board, and Tony Johnston's term coming to an end, there were four Exective Council positions up for grabs.  With six candidates putting themselves forward for election, there was healthy competition for the available positions.

After the votes were tallied, Greg McKeown, Steve Dunbar, Tony Johnston and Matt Taylor were welcomed on to the board.  Tony Johnston was elected as Chair.  The Board in its entirety is:

• Tony Alexander (Marlborough)
• Steve Dunbar (Khandallah)
• Tony Johnston (Otago)
• Linda Kenny (Timaru)
• Greg McKeown (Harcourts Eden Epsom)
• Matt Taylor (Herne Bay)
