This year the Squash New Zealand Annual General Meeting will be on Saturday 30 November, 9.00am at Jet Park Hotel & Conference Centre in Auckland.

Nominations, Motions and Remits for this year’s AGM need to reach the National Office of Squash New Zealand before 4.00 p.m. on Monday 21 October, 2013.

Notices of Motion for proposed changes to the “Rules of Squash New Zealand Inc” and any general remits must be forwarded to reach the National Office of Squash New Zealand before 4.00 p.m. on Monday 21 October, 2013.

Nominations for Office

In accordance with the "Rules of Squash New Zealand Inc." nominations are invited for the following positions for 2013-2014:

Executive Council (3)

Senior Selectors   (2)

Junior Selectors   (2)   

Masters Selectors (3) (at least one male and one female)

Executive Council

Councillors retiring by rotation are Wayne Werder, Tony Johnston and Andrew Eade. Please note that retiring councillors are eligible for re-nomination.

Nominations for Executive Council can come only from Districts and any District may nominate a candidate(s) from anywhere in New Zealand.  Nominees must be a financial or life member of an affiliated squash club.

Nominations for Executive Council must be submitted by Districts in writing on the official nomination form attached to reach the National Office of Squash New Zealand by 4.00 p.m. on Monday 21 October 2013.

Selectors

In accordance with the "Rules of Squash New Zealand Inc," the incoming Executive Council will appoint National Selectors for 2013-2014.

1.  Senior Selectors shall comprise the High Performance Coach plus two (2) Senior Selectors who shall be responsible for the selection of all Senior Teams and Squads.

2.  Junior Selectors shall comprise the High Performance Coach plus two (2) Junior Selectors who shall be responsible for the selection of all Junior Teams and Squads.

3.  Masters Selectors shall comprise the Director of Masters Squash plus two Master’s Selectors (one male and one female) who shall be responsible for the selection of all Masters Teams and Squads.

Nominations for Selectors will be accepted only from Districts and Clubs and must be forwarded on the official nomination form attached, along with a resume of the candidate, to reach the Chief Executive of Squash New Zealand by 4.00 p.m. on Monday 21 October 2013.

Programme Directors

Expressions of Interest for the positions of Director of Masters and Director of Referees will be accepted only from Districts and Clubs and must be forwarded on the official nomination form attached, along with a resume of the candidate, to reach the Chief Executive of Squash New Zealand by 4.00 p.m. on Monday 21 October 2013.
