Social Slam

Ways to Play Social Slam logo - web

Social Slam is an easy way for beginner adults (18-35 years) to be introduced to the game of squash in a fun, social group programme. The aim is to provide an active and fun introduction to playing squash in groups, whilst at the same time offering sufficient learning and practice time in each session to allow players to achieve success and receive the many benefits playing squash offers.

Ways to Play - Social Slam

Guided by a trained coach (Module 6), Social Slam participants are taught how to serve, rally and play from their very first session and form new connections with others to give them a group of people at the same level with whom to play.

Social Slam uses the SquashStart Coaching Resources and stage-appropriate equipment.
