Campaign Coaching Opportunities - 2023 World Juniors and World Men's

Squash NZ are now seeking EOI's for the following coaching roles for 2023 campaigns;

  • Senior Men’s Team – WTC Tauranga
  • Junior Men’s Team – WJC Melbourne, Australia and Trans-Tasman Series Tauranga  

Squash NZ are pleased to advise the reappointed 2022 WJC – Junior Women’s Team coaching team of Emma Millar and Tamsyn Leevey to lead the 2023 campaign, this appointment provides continuity for the players in the squad, Emma was the lead coach of the girls team during the Trans-Tasman Junior test series in 2022. Both coaches have been highly engaged in Squash NZ and HPSNZ coach development programmes, and led the National Development Camp in January.

Lead Coach for 2023 New Zealand World Men’s Team

The Squash NZ men’s national team will compete at the World Men’s Team Championships 2023 in Tauranga, New Zealand 11th -17th  December.

The World Team Championships is a prestigious event that attracts the top players from around the globe to compete at the highest level of the sport representing their countries.

We are calling for expressions of interests for Lead Coach of the 2023 New Zealand World Men’s team.

The role will be targeting a successful campaign including preparation for the team champs and towards the future.

Lead Coach World Junior Championships 2023 – 2024 Junior Men’s Team

With the recent announcement from WSF that the 2023 World Junior Championship will now be held in Melbourne, Australia  18th-29th July.

Squash New Zealand is seeking expressions of interest for a lead coach to provide leadership and support for players attending the 2023 and 2024 World Junior Championships.

The job description is below, and this outlines what will be required from the successful application. The job description is by no means exhaustive and there may be other tasks which might be required of the person chosen for the role.
