Masters Trans-Tasman Team Selected 

The team to play Australia in the 2015 Trans-Tasman Test Series in Napier has been decided.

The 3 selectors (Wayne Seebeck Masters Convenor, Kaye Jackson and Stephen O'Toole) have put considerable thought over the past 6 months into the make up of this team based on wide ranging criteria and guidelines.

Some positions were relatively clear cut, while with others there was very little to distinguish between the very high quality of contenders, therefore while there will be some disappointed players, the selectors believe they have selected a team which will do New Zealand proud in the up coming Trans Tasman Test Series, and if there are injuries or withdrawals they have strong back ups in all the age bands to choose from. 

Below is the New Zealand Team members selected with their Australian counterparts adjacent.

The team looks forward to winning this prestigious event and  wrestling the Vic Belsham Trophy from Australia, which they won in Canberra in 2013 following our 2011 Nelson Success.

• Arrival in Napier

Monday 12^th October ’15

• Formal Reception and Welcome @ HBSRC @ 5pm;
• The 1^st Test will commence playing @ HBSC @ 6pm;

Tuesday 13^th October ’15

• The 2^nd Test will commence @ 6pm;

Wednesday 14^th October ’15

• This will be a day off for all players;

Thursday 15^th October ‘15

• The 3rd Test will commence @ 6pm;

Friday 16^th October ‘15

• New Zealand Masters Squash Individual Championships commence;

Saturday 17^th October ‘15

• New Zealand Masters Squash Individual Championships continue;

Sunday 18^th October ‘15

• New Zealand Masters Squash Individual Championships conclude;
