SquashNZ.TV Terms of Service

Applies to: www.squashtv.nz ("SQUASHTV.NZ"), operated by Squash New Zealand Poipātū Aotearoa

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SQUASHTV.NZ and its related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of New Zealand.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "We", "us", "our" refers to Squash New Zealand Poipātū Aotearoa, the operator of SQUASHTV.nz.
• "You", "your" refers to the user accessing or using the services.
• "Services" refers to access to the Platform’s live and on-demand squash-related content including matches, replays, interviews, features, highlights, documentaries, and other features made available via www.squashtv.nz.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information;
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@squashnz.co.nz immediately.

4. The Services and Service Availability

We aim to provide you with high-quality streaming content, including:

• Live Matches
• Video on Demand (VOD): Features, Highlights, Interviews

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the internet connection, hardware, and software necessary to access the Services.

We will use reasonable care and skill in delivering the Services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. Service quality may vary based on your internet provider or location.

5. Technical Support

If you encounter issues, contact our customer service team at support@squashnz.co.nz. When doing so, please include your:

• Customer ID (if applicable)
• Email address
• Last transaction ID
• Any relevant service details

We may use email to communicate with you regarding your subscription or account, and it is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are up-to-date.

6. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only and to follow these terms:

• Do not share your account or login details with others.
• Do not record, copy, rebroadcast, or redistribute any content unless explicitly allowed.
• Do not attempt to alter, disassemble, reverse engineer, or tamper with any part of the Services.
• Do not misuse the Platform, introduce malicious software, or use it for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we find your usage abusive, in breach of these terms, or harmful to other users.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you in respect of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss or content access interruptions.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

• When it is necessary for the delivery of our services;

10. Force Majeure

If a substantial part of the Services is affected, we may provide a proportionate refund at our discretion.

• You misuse or abuse the Platform;
• The Services are no longer commercially viable.

In such cases, you may be eligible for a refund based on unused subscription time.

13. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to do so in the future. Each provision stands independently; if one is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
