Squash NZ Releases Updated Member Protection Policy

Squash NZ has recently updated our Code of Conduct and Member Protection Policy.  

This updated policy is an essential part of Squash New Zealand’s proactive and preventative approach to tackling inappropriate behaviour within our sport and providing the safest possible environment for all members to participate and compete in the sport of squash.   

Squash New Zealand trusts that all administrators, coaches, athletes, referees, support staff and spectators will assist it in promoting safe and responsible behaviour within squash.  There are 10 policies embedded within the Member Protection Policy that includes new policies not previously in the Squash such as Preventing Discrimination, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Digital Communications/ Social Media, Pregnancy and Breastfeeding, Privacy and High Performance player wellbeing.

This new policy compliments our Child Safeguarding Policy and Complaints and Disputes Policy.  We encourage everyone to review all our policies.  Please see Complaints Form to raise a complaint.
