Cousins Shield and Mitchell Cup announcement

The Covid-19 epidemic has taken the world by storm, and squash has been no exceptionto that. While we aim to offer all the best squash opportunities and competitions, we are currently facing unprecedented times.

We regret to announce that the Cousins Shield and Mitchell Cup competition will unfortunately not take place in 2020.

This was a difficult decision to make, and the conversation was had between Squash NZ and the Squash Districts. The competition was due to take place May 29 – 31. However, with the uncertainty of the Covid-19 outbreak, we felt the decision was the right one. We have every intention of the events taking place in 2021.
