Bright New Format for Masters Club Teams Event

The Masters Club Teams Event has undergone some cosmetic surgery during the off-season; with new rules and format for the 2012 event.

In order to boost participation at the event, the event will now be contested by teams of three players (male and/or female) of any grade who are members of the same club.  This model of competition has proved extremely successful in Australia, and it is hoped that the new format will attract more and new clubs to what has been a great event in recent years.

The event caters to serious and social teams, with divisions seeded on points to ensure good matches for all.  Players must be in the masters age group as of the first day of the event.
