Squash NZ Responds to National Survey
12 Apr 2012In late 2011, Squash NZ surveyed nearly 500 key stakeholders. The survey was sent to Club Administrators, District staff and Board members and other key Squash NZ stakeholders, and had a response rate of nearly 50%. We have now released a document that highlights how we will respond to the feedback.
The two-page document aims to highlight that Squash NZ responds to feedback provided by the squash community. It contains a summary of the comments made in the 2011 Stakeholder Survey administered by Sport NZ on behalf of Squash NZ, under the topics of
- Information Technology
- Coaching
- Club Development
- Communication and Website
- Leadership, staffing and governance
- Programmes
- Events
- High Performance
- District Relationships
The document also outlines some key initiatives that Squash NZ will implement as a response to the survey feedback.
Squash NZ Chief Executive Jim O'Grady says "it's great to get this kind of feedback from the squash community and we feel it is important that the comments do not get ignored. We are implementing a number of initiatives in response to the survey including the new website which was launched in February."
