Southland Take Out Quadrangular

Southland has won the annual quadrangular representative tournament this weekend.

The quadrangular is played each year between the four South Island districts: Canterbury, Midlands, Otago and Southland.  The event pits each district's top masters, seniors and juniors against each other.  Each district plays the other three districts over the course of the weekend, which is renowned for its friendly rivalry.  Southland took out the event with a positive differential of 18 matches.  Click here for the full results.
