iSquash Booking Issue
13 Feb 2017Squash New Zealand is currently experiencing an issue with users booking courts via the online booking system when using Safari and apple devices.
We are working to rectify this as soon as possible. In the mean time if you wish to make a booking this will have to be done through a browser other than Safari.
Users who are having issues logging into iSquash via iPhones or iPads are recommended to try the following to resolve the issue:
Clear Browsing History
This can be done through accessing Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data
Allowing Cookies
Cookies must be allowed for you to access iSquash this can be done through Settings>Safari>Block Cookies>Always Allow
Ensure JavaScript is Enabled
Javascript must be enabled for you to access iSquash this can be done through Settings>Safari>Advanced and turning on JavaScript
Any issues other than the one mentioned above should be logged with Squash New Zealand via admin@squashnz.co.nz
