How Did You Get Into Squash: Through my parents, my brother and myself used to get dragged along when we were young to watch them and eventually got addicted to squash ourselves.
Favourite Food: Definitely Raw caramel Slice
Typical Training Schedule: Mornings are normally circuit, speed work or a run/ bike then stretch/yoga and afternoons are hitting with my training partners doing drills, routines, conditioned games and games. Rest days are normally yoga/ stretching and lots of food!!
